The sled is designed to take weight plates with a minimum hole diameter of 25mm.
The sled’s towing attachment is metal chain attaching to the towing rope. The chain is attached at two anchor points on the front of the sled, providing for smooth and equal pulling.
Sleds are an integral part of CrossFit routines, and have long been used as an established technique to improve dynamic leg strength.
Sleds can be used in both a forward and backwards direction to place load on both Quads and hamstrings as well as calves.
