POWER SLED, complete with Shoulder Harness.
The sled is designed to take weight plates with a minimum hole diameter of 25mm.
The sled’s towing attachment is metal chain attaching to the towing rope. The chain is attached at two anchor points on the front of the sled, providing for smooth and equal pulling.
Sleds are an integral part of CrossFit routines, and have long been used as an established technique to improve dynamic leg strength.
The central pole that holds weights on the sled is approx. 23cm tall, and 20mm in diameter.
